CRAVEN WILDSMITH PROPERTY CONSULTANTS

Neal Craven and Paul Wildsmith, formerly of Partners at Barnsdales, have joined forces and launched an innovative new business ‘Craven Wildsmith Property Consultants’.

Neal and Paul are drawing upon their combined experience in property management and surveying to develop their business which will provide a full range of letting and management services to residential and commercial landlords and a full range of commercial agency and professional work.

Neal Craven comments; "Together we have a great deal of expertise in the property industry, our consultancy aims to provide a personal service to a wide variety of clients from landlords with just one property to ones with a larger portfolio of either residential or commercial lettings."

Paul Wildsmith - Paul is a property management specialist with 15 years industry experience and also holds the prestigious RICS Diploma in Valuation Coatman Prize. Previously a Partner at Barnsdales, Paul has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Residential lettings and management

Neal Craven - Neal is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years industry experience. He holds a Masters Degree from Herroitt Watt University Edinburgh and has a great deal of expertise as a commercial surveyor. Neal was previously a Partner at Barnsdales.
